Julia Buxton

Julia Buxton is a Region Head (Latin America) at the political risk firm Oxford Analytica, senior research fellow at the Global Drug Policy Observatory at University of Swansea, and Professor of Comparative Politics at Central European University’s School of Public Policy. She specialises on drugs, development, gender, and security, with expertise on the Andes.
