Fernan Talamayan

Fernan Talamayan is a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Social Research and Cultural Studies, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. He holds master’s degrees in Sociology and Social Anthropology from the Central European University, Hungary (2018) and History from the University of the Philippines Diliman (2014). His dissertation project investigates the intersection of governmental technologies, software designs, and human behavior. He also conducts research on the marginalization of indigenous communities, colonial advertising, historical revisionism, and populist propaganda.
